Lucia Candu and Thomas Darrell Kincaid bought the three-bedroom, 1.5-bath Unit #1A at 102 Guernsey St. in Greenpoint from Danielle Bianculli and Diane C. King for $500,000 on July 24. The 873-square-foot house, which was built in 1990, is in Greenpoint neighborhood. Unit#1A is one of the 14 in the three-storey 102 Guernsey St. condo in Greenpoint.Ms. Candu is a community organizer at New York Corporate Responsibility Meetup and a volunteer at Council on the Environment of New York City and Corporate. She received her degree in English and Finnish languages and her M.A. in European studies from Universitatea “Babes-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca in Romania and her M.S. in Urban Policy and Management from New School University. There were four condo sales on the Greenpoint in 2008, with a median sales price of $482,500.
