Portugal manager Bento has selected two uncapped players, Custodio and Miguel Lopes, to his final 23-man roster for next month’s Euro 2012 finals.Custodio and Lopes both play for Portuguese side Braga, and will try to build on strong club seasons this summer. Bento also named Benfica forward Nelson Oliveira and CFR Cluj goalie Beto, who each have one cap for Portugal, to the roster.
The new faces will join captain Cristiano Ronaldo and many other usual names, as Portugal tries to escape the „Group of Death” in the Euro finals.
Portugal opens Group B play against Germany on June 9, and also plays Denmark and the Netherlands in the first stage.
