Romanian operator RCS&RDS became a shareholder of Cluj Fiber Optic Integrator (CFO Integrator), a company developing the fibre-optic network in Cluj-Napoca, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar citing a document published in the country’s Official Gazette.he project launched for developing the network is called DuctCity. RCS&RDS became a shareholder in CFO Integrator through a capital increase from EUR 1,000 to EUR 1,200. Following the increase of CFO Integrator which took place on 6 March, RCS&RDS owns a stake of 14.17 percent in the company, according to telecompaper.com.
