The Finance Ministry drew on Monday over 1.04 billion lei by an issue of treasury bills with discount, put up for auction through the National Bank of Romania (BNR). The treasury bonds are due in 6 months and the average yield the issue was bought for is 9.97 percent. The moderate average yield of the rate of discount was of 9.49 percent.Submitting buying offers of treasury bonds were 13 primary dealers – Alpha Bank Romania, BRD – Groupe Societe Generale, Carpatica Commercial Bank (BCC), Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR), Transilvania Bank, Bancpost, CEC Bank, Citibank Romania, ING, MKB Romexterra, Raiffeisen Bank, RBS Bank Romania and UniCredit Tiriac Bank.
