Bidding procedures to build the Cluj Regional Emergency Hospital will start in early-2015, according to Health Minister Nicolae Banicioiu, reports local Mediafax. He has also asked for more involvement from local authorities, who provided the land for the project, according to Romania-Insider.com.The new medical unit will serve counties in the north-east region of the country. The starting price at the upcoming international tender is of some EUR 200 million. The future hospital will have 800 beds and 37 medical departments.
