South African investor New Europe Property Investments and its Romanian partner businessman Ovidiu Sandor have announced the start of the largest Class-A office project outside the nation’s capital Bucharest, in Cluj-Napoca.Total investment volume for the project with total leasable area of 54,000 sq.m., was however not disclosed.
