Polish producer Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz will deliver trams for the Cluj – Napoca city hall for some EUR 1.5 million per tram. The city hall will buy up to 12 trams for the city.The contract was allotted using the electronic system for public acquisition. Another company had submitted an offer to sell trams to the city hall – local Astra Vagoane Calatori, which produces the Imperio tram.
