Swedish clothes retailer H&M will open three stores in total in the Palas and Iulius Mall shopping centers owned by Romanian developer Iulius Group in Iasi, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca, according to Ziarul Financiar.H&M will also open a store inside Maritimo Shopping Center in Constanta. The retailer will enter Romania in 2011 with the first four stores opened in Bucharest, inside AFI Palace Cotroceni, on Blvd Vasile Milea, Plaza Romania Mall on Blvd Timisoara, Bucharest Mall on Calea Vitan and Baneasa Shopping Center in Baneasa neighbourhood. Iulius Group owns four malls in Suceava, Iasi, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca with a total area of 346,000 sqm.
