Koen VANVINCKENROYE, which currently holds the position of Executive Director of Operations and is a Member of the Executive Board of ING Asigurari de Viata, will take over, from March 1, 2010, the position of General Manager of the Regional Center of Services in Cluj-Napoca.Koen VANVINCKENROYE activates in Romania since 2006, after two experiences in the management of the divisions of operations from ING in Belgium and Greece, having expertise in insurance and pensions and knowledge in project management, actuarial activity, operations and IT. He helped the development of the company by supporting the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology, which seeks to continuously improve processes and reduce operational costs.

The center in Cluj-Napoca is part of a regional project of ING Insurance Central Europe, to improve customer service and increase the efficiency of life insurance activity in the Central and Eastern European zone.
