American company Steelcase opened, on Wednesday, in Cluj-Napoca (406 km north-west of Bucharest), the third global service centre after those in Mexico and Malaysia. Some 50 people work in the Cluj-Napoca centre.Nancy Hickey, the Vice President of Steelcase, told a press conference that the new centre in Cluj-Napoca would serve Europe, Middle East and Africa and it would provide its customers with IT expertise, support services by centralizing financial operations.
