Financiarul: MFP sales government bonds worth 983 million lei

The Ministry of Public Finance (MFP) on Thursday placed on the market an issue of benchmark bonds worth 983.17 million lei, carrying a 3-year maturity, at an average yield standing at 9.99 percent per year, according to the data provided by the Romanian National Bank (BNR). MFP rejected the purchase offers submitted by the commercial banks for the issue of benchmark bonds exceeding a level of the requested yield by 10 percent.

Romania to be member of UNESCO Executive Council
