Transylvania Today: Simona Halep headlines Sports Festival 2020

Simona Halep is the first headliner that will take part in a demonstrative tennis tournament held on 12th June 2020 during Sports Festival, an event that takes place in Cluj-Napoca and which has the mission to unite sports lovers with professional athletes to promote movement and healthy living, according to TennisWorldUSA.org.

Simona Halep joins the Sports Festival lineup for the second time in a row after she was delighted and impressed by the beautiful atmosphere that was created in the 2019 edition of the festival. “I felt extraordinary! And I can say that I have never laughed in my entire career as much as I laughed today on the court. It’s a new beginning!”, declared Simona Halep after the exhibition match that took place on June 2019, according to TransylvaniaToday.ro.
