Three key members of the Deloitte Romania team have been promoted to partners in Deloitte Romania: Adriana Lobda, head of the regional Deloitte Cluj office; Alina Mirea, coordinator of middle market clients and the regional Deloitte Timisoara office; and Sorina Mardare, head of the Business Process Outsourcing service line, were promoted to Equity Partners effective June 1.All three partners deliver more than 10 years- experience in audit and cover all the main practice areas in sectors as consumer, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector, trading, oil&gas. Adriana Lobda is an active member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania. She graduated the Faculty of International Business and Economics (Relații Economice Internaționale) within the Academy for Economic Studies, the ACCA Program and she holds an Executive MBA. Sorina Mardare took the regional leadership position of the Balkans BPO practice in June 2008. The team provides bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance and contract personnel-related services to a client portfolio of over 100 companies, mainly for Romania and Bulgaria. Alina Mirea has more than 15 years of experience in audit, Alina joined Deloitte in 2011, taking over audit activities for middle market clients and also the development of the Firm’s operations in Banat region. Previous professional experience includes a Partner position with another internationally reputed auditing firm and Manager position within another Big 4 company.
Over the years, she has been in charge with international audits and technical advisory mandates for variours Romanian firms or Romanian subsidiaries of foreign companies in varying industries. Also, Alina has substantial experience in International Financial Reporting Standards and Romanian Accounting Standards.
