The Ghanaian midfielder is sure the Railway Men will sail through in the Europa League qualifying, despite drawing the first leg at home, according to goal.comCFR Cluj midfielder Sulley Muniru is optimistic that his side will edge out Serbian side Jagodina to qualify to the next round of the Europa League qualifiers.
Cluj drew the first leg goalless at home and will trip to Serbia this evening for the return leg in which a win or a scoring draw will see them through.
“We have to make it in Serbia and that will be all. Even a scoring draw will take us through. The Serbs played well in Cluj but we are confident we will qualify,” the younger brother of AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari told African Football.
“I was happy after the first match because I played one of the best games since I joined CFR Cluj.”
The 22-year-old ambidextrous player can play both in the offensive and defensive midfield role.
