The thirteenth edition of the French Film Festival will be held between 26 November and 3 December 2009 in Bucharest and in other towns in Romania, Cluj, Iasi and Timisoara. The audience will discover the diversity and quality of the latest films due to a film selection presented in premier.This edition too will try to highlight the originality and eclectic character of French cinematography presenting two of the best known actors Charles Berling and Charlotte Gainsbourg and the Bernard Tavernier retrospective.The festival will present a selection of 40 long reel movies and 20 short reels. The opening will take place on 26 November 7.00 p.m. at Studio Cinema theatre with Cendres et Sang, in the presence of Fanny Ardant and will end on 3 December with Le concert by Radu Mihaileanu.
