Intel Romania announced the expansion of its local team with the addition of 35 employees from the newly acquired education software specialist Kno whose only educational software development centre in Europe is located in the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca, according to local online publication Hotnews.ro. Until 8 November, the 35 employees worked for US-based company Kno which Intel acquired at a global level. The main activities of the local team in Cluj consist of digitising classic books and working on a digital platform for the interaction between students and teachers in the classroom.
