After the premier launch of „IPhone Insurance Assistance”, a new BCR Asigurari premier is being launched today: the „BCR Asigurari VIG – Insurance Assistance” application, on the Android platform.
This application is specially conceived to be downloaded and utilized for Smartphones with the APPLE platform (iPhone) and ANDROID (Nokia, LG, SAMSUNG, HTC, MOTOROLA and so on) and is fee free offered to BCR Asigurari CASCO Plus clients.
The main benefit of the „Smartphone Insurance Assistance” is the fact that it simplifies and urges the claims settlement process that allows the insured to submit preliminary information about the claim directly to the BCR Insurance Claims Center.
Starting February the 14th, the „BCR Asigurari – Insurance Assistance” can be visualized by any person owning a mobile phone with an internet connection, by going to http://bcra.insurance-asistance.ro.
In order to promote the concept, conferences were held in the cities of Craiova, Timisoara, Cluj Napoca, Iasi, Ploiesti and Constanta, attended by representatives of the Road Police and SMURD and BCR Insurance partners.
By the usage of the new „BCR Asigurari – Insurance Assistance”, the clients of BCR Asigurari benefit from various advantages, such as: free activation directly from mobile phone, road assistance service (included in the motor hull plus policy) anywhere in the country and in Europe, endorsing the damage to the call center service programming in real-time visualization (in GPS map system) of all BCR Asigurari VIG locations, obtaining information about the company’s products; electronic insurance purchase by completing personal data straight to the mobile phone.
