Orange Romania opened its second smart shop in the capital Bucharest after opening its first one in Transylvania’s region capital, Cluj. Located in the Baneasa Shopping City mall, the shop invites visitors to enjoy a digital experience and a personalised approach of services. The store has a more personalised approach and its original space was increased and transformed into a warmer and friendlier environment, according to TelecomPaper.com.Orange smart shop has a higher number of staff who advise customers, make recommendations and find answers to their requests in a short time. At the same time, customers can test products before the acquisition in dedicated spaces. The smart shop is entirely digital, meaning that customers receive contracts and invoices directly via email, can watch offers on indoor screens and on a video wall as well as on phones and tablets on display, and the contracts are signed electronically. Another novelty is that a digital table enables residential customers to configure their own subscription by picking the services they need.
