SAP Romania, local branch of software and technology producer SAP announced it would start a new hiring session for its consultancy center at Cluj-Napoca (Nearshore Delivery Center NSC). The company anticipates it will count 100 professionals in Western Romania.
Currently, the center at Cluj-Napoca has 30 employees, of which 15 percent are senior consultants with a large experience in the field. According to Gheorghe Olteanu, manager of SAP Nearshore Center Romania, the company looks at hiring experienced professionals in implementation of SAP solutions with team leader skills. Also, the future employees should speak German language and SCM, TM, IS-U and ERP Logistics. The center at Cluj-Napoca delivers consultancy services to Western and Central European countries such as Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
Recently, global leader for software business solutions SAP and China Telecom, a large telecom provider in Asia, signed a strategic partnership for deliverance of cloud solutions on Chinese market. SAP cloud solutions portfolio will be offered to Chinese companies by China Datacom Corporation Limited (CDC), a joint venture between SAP and China Communications Services (CCS), a subsidiary of China Telecom Group, while CCS will be the first customer in China to use local offers industry leading solutions. The company expects that solutions used by CCS, SuccessFactors hosted by a data center in China to have around 12.000 users. Sap Cloud has more than 33 million users worldwide and comprises over 1 million companies connected, with transactions of over USD 500 billion yearly. Also, SAP Cloud also includes a social business platform SAP Ariba with over 10 million users worldwide.
