Ivorian-Born Striker Lacina Traore Attracts Fulham Interest

Premier League outfit Fulham are hot on the trail of Ivorian-born striker Lacina Traore, according to the Daily Mirror

The 20-year-old Cluj striker is under contract until June 2012 with the Romanian side, where he scored 17 goals in 40 appearances last season.

The report also mentioned that a host of other clubs from Italy, Holland and Germany are also interested in the youngster.

Traore was born in Abidjan, where he began his youth football career at the famous Asec’s Mimosifcom Football Academy in 2006, before joining Stade D’Abidjan and then moving abroad in 2008.
