The Ministry of Public Finance (MFP) on Thursday placed on the market an issue of benchmark bonds worth 983.17 million lei, carrying a 3-year maturity, at an average yield standing at 9.99 percent per year, according to the data provided by the Romanian National Bank (BNR). MFP rejected the purchase offers submitted by the commercial banks for the issue of benchmark bonds exceeding a level of the requested yield by 10 percent.

Noua catedrală greco-catolică din Cluj va avea 1.500 de locuri
Episcopul greco-catolic de Cluj-Gherla, PS Florentin Crihălmeanu, a aprobat proiectul tehnic reviziuit al noii catedrale, aflate în construcţie în Piaţa Timotei Cipariu. Acest proiect prevede că noua catedrală va avea 1.500 de locuri şi va fi, astfel, unul dintre cele mai grandioase lăcaşuri de cult din România.
