Romita Energie Verde, a private company with Italian and Romanian capital, plans to invest about 41 million euros ($53 million) in a biomass power plant in Romania, Mediafax reported.Romita seeks to build a 10 megawatt thermal- and power- plant in a town in the central Romanian county of Cluj, the Bucharest-based news service said, citing a statement from the company. Part of the funding for the plant will be secured through European grants, according to Mediafax.
