American-held Office Depot, a provider of office supplies and solutions, intends to reach around 500 employees by the end of next year at its European services centre (Shared Service Center, SSC), inaugurated in 2007 in Cluj-Napoca. According to company representatives, Cluj’s Office Depot currently employs 390, with over 100 people to be hired within 12 months.Since opening, our services centre has had very good results. Considering the high quality workforce and the fact that Cluj-Napoca offers a stable and attractive business environment, we are planning to increase the number of employees to around 500 over the next 12 months.
