The delegate minister for business, Lician Isar, recently declare in Cluj that a town like Silicon Valley in the US could be set up in Cluj, in order to attract big international companies in the IT field. He explained that such an investment is meant for IT companies.“The Minister of Economy will facilitate access to European financing, state guarantees and foreign investors. The state could speak to private companies, credibility will be transferred from the state to the city of Cluj, so that foreign partners could adopt the formula. We will show them the project and invite them to come to Cluj,” Isar added.
