Flat tax in Romania can drop from 16% to 14% in 2011 if the country returns its economic growth. This is what Romanian President Traian Băsescu said during election debate in Cluj.Băsescu noted that during his election campaign he does not want to talk about decreasing taxes because the country has faced budget deficit at the amount of 8% of GDP.
