North-west Transylvania’s Cluj county council plans to build an industrial park dedicated to non-conventional energy, including solar panels to generate electric power. This will be part of a 100 million Euro project to build two new industrial parks – the second of which will be dedicated to logistics and warehousing for transport companies.
The green energy park – Tetarom 5 – will be built close to Floresti village (Cluj county) and will produce electric power necessary for both new parks. Cluj county will also put the energy on the national grid, according to Alin Tise, president of the council, as quoted by Green Report.
