CFR Cluj remain comfortably on top in the Romanian Liga 1 following a 1-0 win over Rapid Bucharest on Sunday. The only goal at Cluj’s Dr. Constantin Radulescu stadium was scored in the 78th minute and came from Gabrial Muresan, handing the hosts a 1-0 victory.Cluj extend their lead to six points as Vaslui were held to a 1-1 draw by Unirea Alba Iulia. Third-placed Steaua Bucharest are six points behind as well but do have a game in hand.
Rapid are placed seventh and are unlikely to bridge the five-points gap with the top six.
