Zidan Snr told Dream TV that English Premier League pair Manchester United and Arsenal, as well as last season’s record-breaking Spanish side Barcelona, are all keen on the Egyptian international, and have even held talks with the player’s representative.
He said: „Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona have talked to Mohamed’s agent.”
A transfer for the African Cup of Nations winner could be sealed in the summer.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is allegedly keen on recruiting a striker, with Cluj attacker Lacina Traore believed to be a primary target. United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, meanwhile, can already choose from in-form Wayne Rooney, creative forward Dimitar Berbatov, and goal-poacher Michael Owen.
