The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) Council on Tuesday approved accepting Brasov-based company Transilvania Leasing IFN stocks on the CAN-ATS alternative trading system, the BVB said in a release.Transilvania Leasing IFN SA Brasov is the second Romanian company the shares of which are to be traded on the BVB alternative trading system.The Brasov (central Romania)-based company offers such services as financial leasing or credit extension.
