Chief executive of Banca Transilvania, Robert Rekkers bought during yesterday’s trading session 20,000 shares worth 45,050 lei (€10,575), according to the latest filing of Banca Transilvania to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.Rekkers acquired the 20,000 shares at a median price of 2.2525lei, 1% higher than yesterday’s closing quote of 2.23lei.
The chief executive’s previous purchase was on September 30, when he acquired 35,000 shares at a median price of 1.62 lei.
