
On 12th May 2014, Hampton by Hilton Cluj hosted an event which gathered almost 50 participants including students, children from families with special situations, single mothers and people with disabilities interested in building a career in hospitality. Throughout the day, they were given tips on how to create a CV and how to plan for career paths. They also engaged in role plays with the hotel team members, in order to get a better understanding of the activities happening in such a hotel.
Andreea Balaj, Hotel Manager, said, “Young people continue to face challenging employment prospects, so it is more important than ever to make sure they receive information and advice about the options available and the skills and attributes they will need once they embark on their chosen careers.
