International airport in Cluj-Napoca Avram Iancu plans to contract a loan worth EUR 12 million (RON 50 million) with 20 years maturity for financing an investment project targeting the new runway, according to a statement of the institution, according to The Diplomat.The workings will be assigned following an open auction and the selection method will take into account the lowest offering price.
