It is confirmed from Seychelles that following Sir James R. Mancham’s attendance of the Forum 2000 Conference in Prague as a guest of the former President of Czechoslovakia, Vaclav Havel, on the topic of “Democracy and the Rule of Law,” former Seychelles President Mancham will participate in a round table conference in the city of Cluj, Romania, on the theme of “Multiculturalism” as a guest of the Peace Actions Training and Research Institute of Romania. Cruj is the capital of Transylvania, one of the most touristic cities in Romania.
